About Historymeadowz
Historymeadowz has operated from Malindi since 2014, advising families and principals whose primary concern is the integrity of what they have built.

We advise on the structures, instruments, and disciplines that protect capital from the many forms of erosion that accumulate over time.
Historymeadowz is a fee-only capital protection advisory firm. We do not manage portfolios, sell insurance products, or hold client money. What we do is advise — systematically and without commercial conflict — on the legal, structural, and risk-management frameworks that determine whether capital survives volatility, transfers cleanly across generations, and remains under the intended control of those who built it. Our four service lines — risk management, insurance wrapper advisory, legal structure design, and fiduciary counsel — are not sold as separate products. They are applied as an integrated set of disciplines, in the sequence that a client's circumstances require. A client may engage us initially for a risk diagnostic and progress to a structural review and then to a retained advisory arrangement; or they may engage a single service in isolation. We adapt to the requirement, not to a sales template. Our clients are predominantly high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business principals based along Kenya's coast — from Malindi and Kilifi to Mombasa and the Shimba Hills corridor — though we also serve clients who reside internationally but hold significant Kenyan assets.
Preservation outcomes depend on careful implementation and external factors; our role is to maximise the quality of the decisions, not to guarantee the results.
Historymeadowz was established in 2014 with a specific conviction: that the gap between wealth creation advice and wealth protection advice in coastal Kenya was wide enough to cost families real money over time. In the decade since, our team has worked across more than 140 client engagements, covering asset bases from KSh 50 million to north of KSh 2 billion. Our advisers hold backgrounds in international capital markets, Kenyan law, and actuarial analysis — disciplines that we believe need to be present at the same table for preservation advice to be credible. We work in a structured, documented manner: every engagement produces a written output — a Risk Register, a Structural Assessment, an Advisory Memorandum — that the client owns and can act on independently. We are explicit about what our advice does not guarantee: market movements, regulatory changes, counterparty defaults, and events of force majeure are outside the scope of any advisory practice. What we can guarantee is that our counsel is conflict-free, our analysis is rigorous, and our recommendations are made with the client's long-term capital integrity as the only objective. We do not advise on speculative investments, offshore tax avoidance schemes, or instruments whose preservation characteristics we cannot verify.
Our offices are in Malindi. Meetings can be arranged in person, by video, or at a location of the client's choosing.
